The Weight Loss & Peptide Therapy Membership provides ongoing care for patients working toward weight-management, metabolic-health, and/or peptide-therapy goals.

Care may include GLP-1 medications and peptide therapies when medically appropriate, along with medication management, personalized dose adjustments, progress tracking, support with side effects, nutrition and fitness guidance, and ongoing check-ins as your treatment and goals evolve.

This membership is intended specifically for weight-loss and peptide-related care and is not a substitute for comprehensive primary care. General sick visits, annual physicals, preventive care, hormone management, treatment of unrelated acute or chronic medical conditions, and management of medications unrelated to weight loss or peptide therapy are not included.

If you would like your weight-loss or peptide care combined with comprehensive medical care, these additional services are available through our Individual Primary Care Membership.

A single visit with our primary care provider for patients who do not need ongoing membership or follow-up care. This appointment includes a comprehensive evaluation of your current concern, review of medical history, physical examination as needed, and discussion of treatment options. Prescriptions, lab orders, or referrals may be provided when appropriate.

Please note: this visit does not establish continuing care with our clinic. Ongoing management, chronic disease follow-up, and refill requests require enrollment in our primary care services.
